Contest Rules:
(1). Contestants must be 18 years of age or older.
(2). Contestants under 18 must have an adult or guardians signature.
(3). Contestants will not be entitled to any refunds regarding submission or registration fees paid.
(4). All songs and lyrics considered should be copyright-protected and “ALL SONG WRITERS &
PRODUCERS WILL RETAIN RIGHTS TO THEIR WORK!
(5). Contestants agree to share 25% of profits received from deals negotiated and brokered in their
behalf by accredited contest judges, associates of Best of The Best Ent., D.A.M.G. Ent., Universal Music
Group, Music Powers I-Media, for placement, licensing, publishing and other production opportunities.
Note: Yes it is against the law to steal anyone’s songs. Should someone try to, you as the rightful
songwriter have legal recourse, (rights) whether or not your song is formally copyrighted through the
U.S. Office of Copyrights. For more information on music copyrights visit – https://copyright.gov
(1). Producers & Songwriters from around the world are invited to participate in this competition. If you
live outside the U.S. and Canada, please enter through International entries links.
(2).This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between event Hosts and me with reference to
liability, my release of liability referred to herein. I understand that I shall not rely upon any promises,
inducements or agreements not stated herein, including, but not limited to, any oral statements made
by agents or personnel of HOST or facilities where live events are conducted.
(3). All amendments or additions to this Release of Liability shall be written and signed by an authorized
representative.
(4). I agree that Wisconsin law shall govern this Release of Liability and that any litigation related shall be
brought in the State of Wisconsin.
(5). I also understand a failure to pay the full amount (Non-Refundable fee) required for song submissions within that time
frame allotted will result in disqualification from any further participation in this event which includes
interviews, placements, live talent showcases etc.

Mechanical / Sync Rights Release:
(1). I give Best of The Best Ent., D.A.M.G. Ent. LLC, the right to license, broker, publish, sell, copy or
distribute any content submitted, videotaped or recorded with my likeness from this event for
marketing and promotional support if it is done in a respectful and professional manner.
